Clutter-free living. Many satisfied clients. TERRI’S ORGANIZING VIGNETTE: JULY 2017 EVEN YOUR ORGANIZER NEEDS TO GET ORGANIZED! I have no storage cage in my apartment building and have been bothered for years by my suitcases having no other place to live except on the floor in my home office next to a large wall unit. Purchasing a $30 plastic 5-shelf unit from Menards finally got my suitcases off the floor! It’s also a place to house extra organizing supplies and boots I’ve put away for the season. Now I’m further taking advantage of the “vertical space” I’m always talking about! B E F O R E A F T E R A F T E R It took a friend’s perspective to see a solution to my frustration at having a really small kitchen. She suggested I move the Lucite couch console table into the kitchen. Now I have a permanent place to dry items I like to hand wash. This provides me with newly found countertop space previously taken up by the drying pads and spice rack which I’m now keeping underneath the table. So you see, even organized people like me need to get organized; can benefit when someone else notices what they can't see in the space they live in day in and day out; need to find new organizing items to provide solutions to areas that hadn’t been organized effectively. And like everyone else, I need to purge and declutter regularly too and bring my own items to the local charity drop off. I hope you enjoyed my personal story.
