Dealing with Memorabilia
You’re not alone if you find it hard to part with memorabilia. And what about “inherited” memorabilia if you are the family member with the most room in your home and are holding onto every single picture/artifact/furniture from relatives long time passed who you don’t even have a connection with — yet you feel guilty parting with any of it. For the photos, scanning them onto discs that you share with other family members is probably the best option. You then have to get rid of the actual photos to successfully de-clutter! You can have scrolling pictures on a digital frame or screen saver on your computer. You can make customized photo books or collages with ticket stubs/logos of t-shirts/letters from your life (or your relations.)
