Don’t Buy in Bulk
My Mom who is a big Sam’s Club shopper gave me this tip. She often buys the three-pack of ketchup and other items in bulk thinking she’s saving a lot of money. However, by the time she gets to using it, it’s long since expired, doesn’t taste good, and she spends more money to replace it. That goes for the super large single packages. A friend had trail mix from Costco. It was only half eaten, but the nuts had gone bad by the time it was offered to me. No thanks! And, if you don’t have enough room for the 36 roll of toilet paper/paper towels to be tucked away somewhere neat and tidy, it becomes clutter instead of money saving. Just saying...
