Organize your day the night before
This is probably one of the best disciplines I personally have in my life. No matter how late it is or how tired I am, I always get ready for the next morning the night before. I pack up my gym bag; I make sure I have the right supplies to take to organizing client appointments; I prepare my brown bag lunch; I put errands / returns / things to store in the trunk of my car near the front door. Maybe it’s because we all feel more rushed in the morning or the brain takes a bit longer to get going that following this tip of doing everything the night before so you don’t forget something important is a really important habit change to adopt.
